Select your desired Metal & Length and Font from the drop down menus
- Click the "Add to Cart" button
- On the Cart page, there is a Personalization box for you to enter your info. Please let me know the name you would like on the larger disc. Fits one name/date/word only. The smaller disc will have the paw print.

- High quality sterling silver or 14K gold fill
- Discs measure 5/8" and 3/8"
