Production & Shipping Times

Your custom piece will be entirely handmade from start to finish with lots of love and care.  And this takes time ♥

Current production time is about 5 business days.

Please note production time does NOT include shipping/delivery time.  Approximate regular shipping times are estimated as follows (these times will increase during peak holiday periods):

CANADA: 3-10 business days

• Ontario 3-7 business days
• West coast/East coast 5-10 business days
• Rural areas 10+ business days

USA: 3-5 business days

We do not ship internationally at this time. 

If you need to rush your order, please contact me prior to purchasing.

PLEASE double check your shipping address!  If your order is returned to me it will take several weeks for me to be able to re-ship it.  This is simply the time it takes to process the return through my 3rd party shipping partner.  I will not cancel or refund your order during this time.  ** In cases where I am supplied with an incorrect shipping address I will charge an additional shipping charge PLUS a $10 return fee to re-ship your item **
