This "Sweetheart" version of our 1/2" disc necklace makes the perfect gift for your sweetheart. The first disc is personalized with your pair of initials and the second disc has a cute symbol to capture something that has extra meaning between the two of you. How to Order + Customize your Piece
- Select your desired Metal & Length and Font from the drop down menus
- Click the "Add to Cart" button

On the Cart page, there is a Personalization box for you to enter your info. Please provide the following details:
1. initials to be stamped and if you would like them separated by a heart, "&" or "+" (disc fits 3 characters max)
2. symbol for 2nd charm (see photo #8)
- High quality sterling silver or 14K gold fill
- Discs measure 1/2" (13mm)
- Photo #7 illustrates the font options and photo #8 shows the symbols
- Choose your length when ordering (18" or 20"). For reference, the model is wearing 18"
- I cannot stamp on the back of the discs
Is this a Gift?
Your piece will arrive boxed in pretty packaging ready for gift giving. The box will include a polish pad to keep your piece clean and looking just like new! I'm happy to include a gift note, just let me know in the Personalization comment box (on the Cart page).
