Click the "Add to Cart" button
On the Cart page, there is a Personalization box for you to enter your info. Please provide the following details:

1. Initials on disc: Fits 3 characters max. Please specify uppercase or lowercase and separated by a heart, "&" or "+"

2. Date on bar (format will be XX.XX.XX)
**Text will be stamped EXACTLY as written (Please specify uppercase / lowercase etc).

High quality sterling silver or 14K gold fill
Disc measures 1/2"; Bar measures 1 1/4" long x 1/4" wide

Your charms will hang on a lovely cable chain with a freshwater pearl
Choose your length when ordering (18" or 20"). For reference, the models are wearing 18"
I cannot stamp on the back of the charms
