How to Order + Customize your Piece

Select your desired Metal & Length and Font from the drop down menus
- Click the "Add to Cart" button
- On the Cart page, there is a Personalization box for you to enter your info. Please let me know the name you would like on each disc (each disc fits one name/date/word only)

- High quality sterling silver or 14K gold fill
- Discs measure 5/8"
- Photos illustrate the font options and examples
- Your charms will hang on a lovely cable chain with the heart charm and a freshwater pearl
- Choose your length when ordering (18" or 20"). For reference, the models are wearing 18"
- I cannot stamp on the back of the discs

Your piece will arrive boxed in pretty packaging ready for gift giving. The box will include a polish pad to keep your piece clean and looking just like new! I'm happy to include a gift note, just let me know in the Personalization comment box (on the Cart page).
